The Granville County Public Schools is offering for sale an unimproved lot at the intersection of East McClanahan Street and Lanier Street in Oxford. The lot was the former site of the Oxford Farmer’s Market, being approximately 1.75 acres, more or less, and is represented by a red outline in the attached map.  The lot is currently part of a larger parcel (Parcel/Tax ID: 192313241510), but only the portion bound by E. McClanahan and Lanier Streets is offered for sale. Buyer must obtain a land survey suitable for subdivision for the property at its sole expense. The property is being sold “AS IS” with no representation from the Granville County Schools regarding the acreage or condition of the property.  Buyer will be responsible for deed preparation, revenue stamps and all closing costs.
